To meet the rising need for humanitarian services, the American Red Cross is committed to building stronger, more resilient communities – especially here in the Kentucky Region. Achieving this aim depends on deeper engagement from the women who support, lead, and reflect the communities we serve.
One of the most powerful ways to be a part of our growing movement is to join the Kentucky Region's Women in Philanthropy Community Resilience Initiative, a collaborative effort to strengthen our communities' ability to better care for themselves in times of emergency. This initiative is open to anyone who chooses to volunteer, donate blood or give financially to the Red Cross.
Being a part of the Women in Philanthropy Community Resilience Initiative will give you:
Quarterly, mission-focused experiences and the chance to work collaboratively to deliver the American Red Cross mission as part of a community.
Monthly updates that keep you informed, inspired, and connected to the impact of your support, including Mission Moment Stories, upcoming events, and other ways to deepen your involvement.
Direct proximity to members of the Tiffany Circle, a national network of women leaders who harness compassion and determination to deliver the lifesaving mission of the American Red Cross.

At the forefront of Women in Philanthropy is the Tiffany Circle, a community of women leaders who advance the American Red Cross mission through a focused investment of time, talent and treasure by engaging and embracing women locally, nationally, and internationally.
"Being part of the world’s largest humanitarian movement means witnessing something powerful up close: women showing up, sleeves rolled, hearts wide open, and getting things done. Across every chapter of the Red Cross, women lead with empathy and courage, transforming compassion into action every single day. As a member of the Tiffany Circle, I’m proud to help ensure that women’s voices and generosity continue shaping the future of our mission for generations to come."
- Jill Howard, Tiffany Circle Chair
