Kathleen Fiorello
Kathleen Fiorello is Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategic Partnerships at American Express, where she manages strategic relationships with leading digital and FinTech companies. As a 30-year veteran of American Express, Kathleen has held leadership roles across merchant client management, global product strategy, and international operations. She is a recognized payments industry leader and mentor, dedicated to advancing diversity and innovation.
Katherine Gleeson
Katherine Gleeson serves as Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Corporate Real Estate at Barclays, overseeing sourcing, risk management, payment operations, and global real estate across 40 countries. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Katherine has held senior roles at JPMorgan Chase, Bridgewater Associates, and Goldman Sachs. She has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, optimizing enterprise efficiency, and advancing strategic transformation across complex global organizations.
Marissa Pagnani McGowan
Marissa Pagnani McGowan is Chief Sustainability Officer for North America at L’Oréal, where she leads the company’s sustainability platform, L’Oréal for the Future. She oversees initiatives focused on climate action, biodiversity, sustainable innovation and social impact. Previously, Marissa served as Chief Sustainability Officer at PVH Corp and began her career at Skadden as an attorney specializing in international mergers and acquisitions. She is a passionate advocate for partnerships and purpose-driven business models.
