The American Red Cross Greater New York Region’s multi-faceted Youth and Young Adult Services program comprises Red Cross High School and Campus Clubs organized at high schools, colleges and universities throughout the region.
Being a Red Cross High School or Campus Club member builds character and provides the tools and experience needed for attaining strong leadership, communication and community service skills. By interacting with those in need, Red Cross youth volunteers establish a sense of awareness and personal achievement while developing these skills.
Additionally, Club members are encouraged to become permanent members of the American Red Cross Greater New York Region as they grow within the organization and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
The Chapter’s Youth Program is represented by Red Cross Clubs organized at high schools and colleges throughout Greater New York. The High School and College Programs provides club members with meaningful opportunities to serve their communities and to develop valuable leadership skills. Additionally, youth are encouraged to become permanent members of the American Red Cross in Greater New York family as they grow within the organization and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
