November 13, 2025 – GREENWICH, CT — The American Red Cross Metro New York North Chapter is proud to announce the appointment of Lauren E. Walsh as Chair and Michele Wolfram and Ted Berenblum as Co-Vice Chairs of its Board of Directors. In addition, the organization adds four distinguished community leaders to its Board: Jennifer Walsh Wells, Lisa Zonino, Ross H. Ogden, and Sophie Bosch de Hood. Each brings a unique blend of professional expertise and community commitment that will help advance the Red Cross mission across the region.
“It’s an incredible honor to serve as Board Chair,” said Lauren E. Walsh. “The Red Cross has long been a part of my heart and my home. And I look forward to working alongside this extraordinary Board to deepen our impact across the communities we serve.”

Jennifer Walsh Wells
Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at PepsiCo Beverages and Commercial U.S., Jennifer Walsh Wells leads human capital strategy for over 60,000 associates. She also serves on the Board of Feeding Westchester and lives in New York with her two sons.
Lisa Zonino
Advisor at Leathwaite, Lisa Zonino is a trusted expert in executive search and leadership development. She previously held leadership roles at Egon Zehnder, Morgan Stanley, and Banker’s Trust. She resides in Greenwich, Conn. with her husband and sons.
Ross H. Ogden
A lifelong Red Cross volunteer, Ross H. Ogden marks 65 years of service in 2025. He has held numerous leadership roles within the organization, including serving as a past board chair, and is the retired president of Tamarix, Inc. He lives in Greenwich, Conn.
Sophie Bosch de Hood
A retired international finance executive, Sophie Bosch de Hood spent over two decades at JP Morgan and is an active community volunteer in Greenwich. She holds dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Sophie lives in Greenwich with her husband and four children.
Lauren E. Walsh
A philanthropic leader and community advocate with a deep commitment to equity and service. Lauren E. Walsh has been a Red Cross board member since 2022. She co-chaired the Metro New York North Red and White Ball for four years, helping raise vital funds for disaster relief. She also serves as a trustee of the Allatt/Walsh Foundation and sits on the board for Greenwich EMS. Lauren was recently honored with the Greenwich YWCA’s Patricia Trompetor Purple Purse Award, the Malcolm X and Dr. Betty Shabazz Vanguard Award, and the Light a Fire Philanthropy Award from Moffly Media. She resides in Greenwich, Conn. with her daughter.
Ted Berenblum
Ted Berenblum is a seasoned financial executive with nearly four decades of experience in global investment strategy. He held senior roles at BNY Mellon, Citigroup, and Bankers Trust. Ted is a dedicated community leader, serving on several local boards, including Greenwich EMS and the Greenwich Board of Parks and Recreation. He is a past president of the Yale Club of New York and holds degrees from Yale University and NYU’s Stern School of Business. Ted lives in Greenwich, Conn., with his wife and their dog, Sandy.
Michele Wolfram
A former Assistant District Attorney with experience in both New York City and Middlesex County, Mass., Michele Wolfram began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Eric Holder. She holds degrees from the University of Richmond and Georgetown University Law Center. Michele is deeply engaged in the Greenwich community through her work with Brunswick School, Greenwich Academy, Kids in Crisis, Girl Rising, and the American Red Cross. She lives in Riverside, Conn., with her husband and four children.
