The American Red Cross Northwest Region is proud to announce the addition of four new members to its board of directors in King County: Sanjeev Khanna, Dhatha Vallinayagam, Harsh Khatri and Hakim Ronaque.
“The board of directors for King County has a long-standing reputation of leaders known for their broad knowledge depth and diverse experience within the civic and professional fabric of the corporate community,” said Alex Dieffenbach, chief executive officer of the American Red Cross Northwest Region. “We are grateful for the passion and dedication brought by these outstanding members and look forward to their continued support in the ongoing stewardship of the mission of the Red Cross.”
Sanjeev Khanna is a Senior executive and Market Unit Head for Tata Consultancy Services, an IT services, consulting and business solutions organization. In his 25 years with the organization, he has played significant role in growing Tata Consultancy Services business across North America. Sanjeev is known for his leadership skills, passion, team building, managing large units and most importantly client relationships. He is a Mechanical engineer and has done Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School (HBS). He has been a contributor to our communities in WA through his charitable foundation and has been doing various volunteer work from last several years. We are grateful for the passion and dedication brought by Sanjeev Khanna and look forward to his continued support in the ongoing stewardship of the mission of the Red Cross.
Dhatha Vallinayagam is currently the Assistant Vice President of International IT with Costco Wholesale Corporation. He has 20 years of leadership experience in the retail space, with a focus on business transformations that drive growth and efficiency on a global scale. He cares about bringing people together with a purpose. Dhatha earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, working and volunteering for prestigious corporations in Chicago before moving to the Pacific Northwest and bringing his immense talent to the American Red Cross.
Harsh Khatri has held multiple financial leadership roles at Amazon, now serving as Senior Manager, Finance for WW Physical Stores. His education started in India, led him to the University of Bath and The Wharton School in Pennsylvania. In addition to working within Amazon, he helped conceive and launch a small food production business in India that employed more than a dozen rural women. His passion for service has spanned his personal and professional life and will find new outlets with his role on the King County board.
Hakim Ronaque is a passionate games industry veteran with 20 years of experience and a proven history of bringing ideas to life that improve products, strengthen developer relationships, and bring joy to players. He joins the Red Cross King County board as a Senior Quality Lead in the Studios Quality organization within Xbox Game Studios. Hakim previously headed up the quality focus for players of Minecraft Earth edition. He is currently working on another game in the Xbox Game Studios Publishing Team. Hakim has served for multiple years as a local Red Cross volunteer, we are excited to welcome his knowledge and talent to the board.
