Revisit some of our proudest and most memorable moments and help us continue our work in the new year.
The American Red Cross has been serving Kern, Mono and Inyo counties since 1917, bringing hope and comfort to families every day. Red Cross volunteers turn compassion into action through a diverse array of programs and services. Whether it’s a single house fire or global conflict, we respond with food, shelter, and hope. Last year hundreds of families in Kern County and the Eastern Sierra were assisted by local Red Cross volunteers delivering core mission services to youth, adults, senior citizens, local businesses, and organizations.
