The American Red Cross Until Help Arrives course, developed in collaboration with the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), will educate and empower you to take action to provide life-saving care if you are the first on the scene during an emergency. The goal of this course is to help equip students with the basic knowledge to assist during a life-threatening emergency.
This online, non-certification* course covers compression-only CPR, the use of an AED, how to identify and treat a choking incident, treatment for life-threatening bleeding and overdose response.
After taking this course, I feel prepared and confident to take action in case of an emergency. This comprehensive course provided the information and critical components of life-saving care, in an easy-to-follow program. With just 90 minutes of curriculum, Until Help Arrives provides training that can help sustain or save a life until EMS arrives.
This course is a perfect introduction to first-aid, CPR and AED use. Take the first lifesaving step and feel confident that you know what to do when someone needs help.
