PADUCAH, KY, June 30, 2025 — Don't let the blood supply take a dip this summer! It's the season for beach days & vacays, but the need for blood doesn't pause. Make an appointment to give at the WPSD-TV and Red Cross Donor Days blood drive July 9-10 at Broadway Church of Christ, 2855 Broadway, Paducah, KY 42001 from 8:00a to 6:00p each day.

All presenting blood donors will receive a Red Cross T-shirt and be treated to a slice of pizza from Pizza Inn (starting at 11 a.m. each day), while supplies last. Plus, all presenting donors will be entered for a chance to win a $375 Amazon.com Gift Card. There will be one winner each day! How to donate blood

Schedule your appointment by calling 1-800-RED CROSS, downloading the Red Cross Blood Donor App or visiting redcrossblood.org and using sponsor code: PDD. Walk-ins are welcome.

A blood donor card or driver’s license or two other forms of identification are required at check-in. Individuals who are 17 years of age (16 with parental consent in some states), weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible to donate blood. High school students and other donors 18 years of age and younger also have to meet certain height and weight requirements.

Blood donors can now save time at their next donation by using RapidPass to complete their pre-donation reading and health history questionnaire online, on the day of their donation, from a home or work computer prior to arriving at the blood drive.
