Bowling Green, KY, January 15, 2026 — The American Red Cross is proud to partner with the South Central Workforce Development Board, the Goodwill Opportunity Center, and the International Center of Kentucky to offer two free CPR and First Aid certification courses in Spanish for members of the Latino community in Bowling Green.

The one-day trainings will take place on January 24 and January 31, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST at the Goodwill Opportunity Center, located at 1806 U.S. 31 W Bypass, Bowling Green, KY 42101.

Participants who complete the course will receive CPR certification valid for two years. In addition to CPR and First Aid instruction, the program will include information on disaster preparedness, how to Be Red Cross Ready, and an overview of the Red Cross’s Restoring Family Links program. Spanish language support will be available, and lunch will be provided.
