The American Red Cross is providing emergency assistance to more than 50 people displaced by a multifamily apartment fire in the 8600 block of 18th Ave. W. in Everett. The fire left at least 10 units either uninhabitable or with major damage. Of those impacted, about 50% are children.
Red Cross disaster responders are on-site assisting residents with urgent needs, which may include emergency shelter, food, and clothing.
