LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26, 2021 — Pierce Brosnan (“Tomorrow Never Dies”) leads lineup of celebrities taking the virtual center stage for the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region storytelling event on March 4. These Red Cross stories of resiliency were gathered from our lines of service, including Disaster Relief, Blood Services and Service to the Armed Forces.
Joining Brosnan for this powerful evening will be Chloe Coleman (“Big Little Lies”), Charles Malik Whitfield (“The Temptations”), Elisabeth Röhm (“Law and Order”), Rita Rudner (“Melissa & Joey”) and more.

“This past year was tough, and though we were prepared, our workforce faced more than we could have imaged and lived through harrowing experiences,” said Joanne Nowlin, CEO for the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region. “These stories are universal to what we all experienced last year, and they touch upon the tender moments of 2020. We are honored these Angelenos shared their experiences, and celebrities such as Peirce Brosnan add to the depth of what we are sharing.”

Red Cross Stories takes place during the month-long March is Red Cross Month celebration – a U.S. Presidential proclamation dating back nearly 80 years. #RedCrossMonth honors the humanitarians giving back to their communities through our lifesaving mission and asks all Angelenos to join our efforts by either giving blood, volunteering their time or making a gift donation on Red Cross Giving Day (March 24).
In addition to the storytelling event, attendees who purchase a VIP ticket will receive exclusive access to a virtual dinner reservation with Chef Steve Samson, owner of Rossoblu in DTLA and receive a chef-prepared four-course dinner with a wine pairing, delivered safely to their door.
