She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Northern California Coastal Region, Bay Area Chapter, and is honored to co-chair this year’s Gala. Michelle is passionate about supporting families impacted by crisis, strengthening community resilience, and expanding the Red Cross mission of compassion and care.

Kenzie Ferguson is a recognized leader in corporate philanthropy and social impact, blending strategic vision with a deep commitment to community resilience.

As Vice President of the Delta Dental Community Care Foundation and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Delta Dental of California, Kenzie oversees multimillion-dollar philanthropic investments that expand access to oral health care, strengthen communities, and advance equity. Under her leadership, Delta Dental has directed hundreds of millions of dollars toward vital initiatives, including more than $5 million in direct support to the American Red Cross.

In her role as Board Chair of the Red Cross Bay Area Chapter and Co-Chair of the 31st Anniversary Gala, Kenzie builds on years of leadership with the Gala Committee. Since 2021, her efforts have helped raise over $8 million in support of the Red Cross’s lifesaving mission.

Her philanthropic reach extends globally—she has lived, studied, and volunteered in Russia, the Netherlands, and Morocco, supporting orphanages and children’s programs. Today, she is deeply committed to advancing innovative partnerships that ensure lifesaving services and disaster response are there when communities need them most.
