Service members can count on the Red Cross to provide emergency communications that link them with their families during a crisis, access to financial assistance and information and referral services.

Submit a request online You can initiate a request for Red Cross emergency assistance for members of the military currently serving on active duty by using the online self-service tool. Using a computer, smart phone or tablet, you can start a request for services and track its progress from anywhere in the world. You will need to create an account if you don't already have one. Click "Create Account" underneath the red "Sign In" button on this page.
