SAN JOSE, Calif. (February 17, 2022) – The American Red Cross is hosting a hiring event for multiple blood collection positions within American Red Cross Blood Services. Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs a blood transfusion, including individuals experiencing childbirth complications, people fighting cancer, trauma patients in emergency rooms and those battling sickle cell disease.
WHAT: Walk-in Blood Services Hiring Event
Join the Red Cross team and help saves lives every day by collecting blood from healthy donors at Red Cross blood and platelet donation centers and mobile blood drives across Northern California. A paid training program is provided.
Masks are required at the event, walk-ins are welcome, and those interested in applying are reminded to bring a resume the day of the event. Additional applicant information can be found by accessing the following links:
