Felicia has been with the Red Cross since 2019 as a Recruitment Manager on our Volunteer Services team. In her time with the Red Cross, she has led the Youth Services Regional Internship and Academic Service programs and has served as a committee member on the Inclusion, Belonging, Equity and Access task force.
Felicia has over 10 years of human resources and nonprofit management experience. She is passionate about service, building alliances and establishing mentorship programs in underserved communities.
In her new role, Felicia is committed to sharing the Red Cross mission throughout the San Joaquin Valley, where she’ll be serving San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Merced counties. Her goal is to create a new footprint and develop lifelong community and donor partnerships that will further the Red Cross mission while fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization as well as within the communities we serve.
When not focusing on the mission of the Red Cross or volunteering in her community of Stockton, Felicia is a lifelong learner, who enjoys traveling and preparing gourmet dishes.
As floods ravaged Planada, a small community in central California’s Merced County in 2023, Valley Onward, a local community non-profit organization, deployed its resources to help the local community respond and recover.
