Partnering with some of the top graduate schools across the country, the Red Cross offers a unique opportunity to put learned skills into real-world practice.
Throughout the three-year program, the LEAD cohort gains core experience via project-based rotations linked to key initiatives essential to the success of the Red Cross. Assignments range across Red Cross business services, in locations from National headquarters to local regions.
Rotational program participants will participate in three years of development as part of the 2020 LEAD cohort and receive ongoing career development support. LEAD exposes participants to Red Cross culture, operational management and an enterprise-wide perspective to build leadership capabilities for the future.
