The incidence rate of West Nile Virus (WNV) among blood donors is provided by year. Seasonality in the rate of confirmed WNV NAT by year and month of donations are observed. Rates are higher specifically between the months of August and September. Between states, the central regions tend to have higher rate of confirmed WNV tests over the last two decades.
Incidence rate of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) among blood donors by year. These rates have remained consistent over the last two decades except in 2007, 2009, and 2014. These anomalous rates can be drilled down to the donations from specific states by clicking on the bars.

The rate of confirmed detection of syphilis in blood donations has declined gradually over the last two decades. Geographical associations are observed in these rates with southern states consistently having a higher rate than the northern states.
The incidence rate of cytomegalovirus-positive plateletpheresis donations has remained consistent since 2014. Some geographical influence on CMV positive rates has been noted.
