Jessica Trocchi Graziano served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at U. S. Steel from August 2022 to June 2025. In this role, Ms. Graziano led all aspects of finance, including financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, tax, treasury, pension investments, investor relations, as well as labor relations, real estate and sales & operations planning, and strategy functions.
Before joining U. S. Steel, Ms. Graziano spent eight years with United Rentals, Inc. serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2018 through July 2022. Previously, Ms. Graziano spent five years at Revlon, Inc. where she advanced before being named Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. Prior to Revlon, Ms. Graziano held variety of senior leadership roles in the areas of internal audit, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis. She is a certified public accountant. Ms. Graziano serves on the Board of Directors of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.. In 2025, Ms. Graziano was named by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 250 Board Directors, which highlights the most influential and effective corporate directors set to serve on an S&P500 board throughout 2025.
