Rohit Kapoor is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EXL. He co-founded the company in 1999 and since then has held various roles, including CFO, President, and Chief Operating Officer. Before founding EXL, Mr. Kapoor served in various roles in the Deutsche Bank private banking division and held several management positions at Bank of America, spanning the U.S. and Asia. From 2011 to 2018, Mr. Kapoor was a member of the board of CA Technologies, later becoming the lead director until its acquisition by Broadcom. He currently serves on the board of directors for the American India Foundation and on the executive board of the Pratham USA Tri-State chapter. Mr. Kapoor holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
