FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (March 25, 2022) – To celebrate Red Cross Month and Giving Day, The Hard Rock Guitar Hotel lit up in red on the evening of March 23. The Guitar Hotel showed tribute to the Red Cross and showed support of its mission in the community.
During Red Cross Month, volunteers are recognized and honored for providing hope and urgent relief to families in need in the face of life’s emergencies. They are the true heroes of the Red Cross, comprising 90 percent of the workforce.
For more than 15 years Hard Rock International has been a longstanding partner of the Red Cross. From hurricanes to wildfires to earthquakes, Hard Rock International has been there to support the Red Cross during national episodic events through its Hard Rock Heals Foundation. Additionally, Hard Rock has partnered with Red Cross to support their Sound the Alarm initiative, a series of free smoke alarm installation events nationwide to help reduce home fire injuries and deaths.
