Project Renew is a Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program (CCP) funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). You may be feeling anxious, stressed, worried, sad, depressed, lonely, or frustrated during these times. Project Renew is here to help by offering free support services to those who may be experiencing these natural feelings in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. Brief support services are free and anonymous to all North Dakotans and is provided by our community partner Lutheran Social Services. The division continues to make available new resources to support North Dakotans during the COVID-19 pandemic. The new resources touch on a variety of topics including using gratitude as a tool for reducing stress and building resiliency, finding virtual mental health and substance use disorder recovery support programs and the importance of staying socially connected. These online resources are organized into 3 categories: adults, children and families, and health care providers.
