Sound the Alarm. Save a Life.
This spring, the American Red Cross needs your help to install 100,000 free smoke alarms in 40,000 homes across 100 major markets and raise funds for lifesaving services during Sound the Alarm. This year’s national signature event will take place April 27 – May 12, 2019.
No one is immune to home fires. Every day, seven people die in home fires and the Red Cross wants to do everything we can to prevent these needless tragedies. In fact, every eight minutes, the American Red Cross responds to a devastating home fire or other disaster. Through our Home Fire Campaign, the Red Cross and our partners are aiming to reduce deaths and injuries caused by home fires by 25 percent. Together, we can Sound the Alarm about fire safety and help save lives.
Spotlight your company’s community commitment or deepen employee/customer loyalty by helping the American Red Cross Sound the Alarm in the following ways:
