The MVCN hosts online support groups to offer caregivers the opportunity to connect and engage with peers to support one another. These groups are hosted using Zoom video so caregivers are able to interact face to face using a computer or mobile device, or join by phone. The groups are flexible and informal so feel free to join when you are able, even if you can only attend part of the session. This event is for nonpaid, nonprofessional, family caregivers (or friends).
Together we can encourage each other and inspire hope by sharing the journey!
**Please note: registration ends 15 minutes prior to start time.
Our caregiver chats are live interactions in a text only format -- all interactions are done simply by texting and/or typing your responses. Our chats are conducted in a safe environment using Slack. Caregivers can access the chat by using red-cross-mvcn-caregiver-channel on MVCN.slack.com from a PC or the Slack mobile app.
Please register for more information. This event is for nonpaid, nonprofessional, family caregivers (or friends).
**Please note - registration ends 1 hour prior to the chat to allow MVCN time to add members to our channel.

Join the Military and Veteran Caregiver Network (MVCN) for an insightful webinar as we discuss key takeaways from "The Journey of Loving, Caring, Losing, Grieving, and Living On: The Experiences and Challenges of America's Military and Veteran Caregiver Survivors."
The Caregiver to Survivor (C2S) Project aims to deepen our understanding of the journey of military and veteran caregivers and suicide survivors by amplifying their voices and highlighting the moments that matter most to them before and after their loss and grief. This project identifies their needs and requests, and shares the steps being taken by C2S partners to ease the often long, laborious, and lonely journey of caregivers and suicide survivors. This event will also feature programs and resources from TAPS (Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors), EDF (Elizabeth Dole Foundation), and MVCN.
