Military 2 Veteran Network aims to decrease feelings of isolation while increasing connection, hope and wellbeing through peer-support, self-care practices and education.Taking Charge of My Life and My Health workshops are offered to guide service members and veterans on their whole health journey.
A custom online community serves as a hub for educational content and resources meaningful to military and veteran life. Service members and veterans can be trained in peer support, building skills and support. The Hero Care Resource Directory—a self-service tool—ensures that service members and veterans have access to local resources and support to promote their wellbeing.
With regularly scheduled peer-support groups available, service members and veterans can connect with, listen to, share with, and learn from service members and veterans at all stages of their military journey. Led by trained facilitators, our peer support groups foster a supportive and understanding environment.
