Our team recognizes the challenges and emotional difficulties that you may be experiencing at this time. We extend our most sincere sympathy if you have experienced the loss of a loved one.
Grieving is always difficult, and we recognize the COVID-19 pandemic creates additional challenges and needs. The Virtual Family Assistance Center Call Center is available to provide emotional support and to assist you in finding the resources that you need. Disaster Response Ministry, NM Conference of the United Methodist Church
Providing Spiritual Emotional and Physical support and relief. Financial and material donations are collected throughout the Conference to relieve suffering, including from the COVID pandemic. These donations include financial, food, clothing, as well as local church connections and resources located throughout New Mexico, and El Paso to Odessa, Texas.

American Red Cross, Service to the Armed Forces
Provides information and referrals, resiliency workshops, advocacy and support to military members, veterans and their families.
Arizona Department of Veterans Services (ADVS)
ADVS provides advocacy services for federal and state VA benefits. ADVS also provides skilled nursing home care and cemetery resting places for veterans and their eligible dependents. ADVS staffs the State Approving Agency services to ensure institutions of higher learning comply with federal GI Bill requirements in Arizona. ADVS also provide assistance with financial needs and refer to partner agencies for other service needs.

Our targeted psychological first aid training programs, conducted by mental health professionals, can help you cope with added stress, foster resiliency and encourage peer support. These no-cost courses are approximately two hours in length and are offered online.
