Basic Life Support

I registered same week and got my money's worth. It was worth the trip. Excellent teaching methods. Loved our instructor. She allows you to make mistakes and do not pressure you. She also grouped us in the second group work. She allowed us to work as a team. Loved my classmates too and my group mates. I was the least experienced in this kind of training but because of them, I had a great time learning the lesson and learning from my mistakes. Loved our group. Thanks for the encouragement and great teamwork!

BLS Class

The in-person class was the best part about the course. Keith Lorenz is not only knowledgeable and friendly - he gave us real life examples, experiences of his that made the problem-solving and critical thinking portion of our demonstrations understandable. You can also tell when someone is passionate about their work and their teaching. Keith exemplifies this. I can't say enough about Keith - I have taken many CPR courses over the years, but didn't feel as confident about it as I do now. Thank you.

Couldn't have gone better

The process of selecting a date, time and location for the clinical portion of the class was very straight forward. It was easy to complete the online learning portion in my spare time. Everything I completed was saved automatically and I was able to pick up where I left off every time I logged back in. Don't be intimidated, this is a fun course

I was intimidated because this was my first BLS for healthcare providers course. But the online portion was helpful with video examples of how to correctly give aid. The in-person part was the most intimidating - I was quite scared but my classmates were friendly and the instructor was knowledgeable and very welcoming. The class turned out to be fun, not scary.

Excelllent Instructor

I took the BLS instructor course last week and could not be more impressed with the instructor. I have been BLS (or equivalent) certified for at least 12 years and this course put together my previous experience and knowledge and made me very comfortable to teach it in the future.

Great Class

I was very pleased at the professionalism from the instructor. She gave very helpful feedback and even taught me new techniques that will be helpful in the classes I will teach in the future.

Good course, easy enough to get through. When doing individual practice maybe would have been better if all of us had a body . There was only 5 of us I'm sure she had that many bodies with and aeds. Then we could have individually practiced all of it and been more prepared when did group practice
