Couldn't have gone better

The process of selecting a date, time and location for the clinical portion of the class was very straight forward. It was easy to complete the online learning portion in my spare time. The mannequins utilized were clean, ample in number, and technologically superior to anything I have used in the past 25 years.

Engageable.

Excellent. This course is practical, highly interactive, and engaging. I highly recommend it to those looking to improve their skills. Based on my experience, if you're taking the hybrid course, dedicate at least half a day to each level. Also, if you're renewing your CPR credential, I recommend upgrading to BLS/CPR. Shawna was great

In today's COVID environment, holding in person training is difficult. Shawna managed to put it together wonderfully and in a way it was easy to follow and understand. She's a great instructor.

Great Class

I took the BLS class in Princeton NJ. It was the best class I have taken so far and I have been in a couple different classes that were not with the American Red Cross. I definitely will continue to recertify with the American Red Cross. I learned so much more and my instructor was great. He really took the time to go over everything and made sure everyone was doing things properly and explained something if someone needed it.

BLS Class

The in-person class was the best part about the course. Keith Lorenz is not only knowledgeable and friendly - he gave us real life examples, experiences of his that made the problem-solving and critical thinking portion of our demonstrations understandable. You can also tell when someone is passionate about their work and their teaching. Keith exemplifies this. I can't say enough about Keith - I have taken many CPR courses over the years, but didn't feel as confident about it as I do now. Thank you.

1st time CPR Course

This was my 1st CPR class. The instructor was very informative although he ran into technical difficulties while teaching the course. It wasn't his fault, the computers. Lol He remained calm and apologized for the disruption. The instructor was very compassionate in the class and what he was teaching us. Very knowledgeable and made sure the class stayed the course and demonstrated everything correctly.

Solid BLS

The Instructor, Steven, made the class very comfortable and created a great learning atmosphere. The content was solid, well explained, and the skills work made for a complete package. I am a satisfied customer, feeling more confident in my own skills to bring to my community. Thank You!
