This CPR and First Aid class was an overall great experience. The instructor was very in depth with his knowledge and skills administered amongst the class. Great class to cover all the basics

Great class to cover the basics. Designed for use in a hospital setting rather that out and about in the real world.

Good Quality but Unnecessarily Long

The course was good quality and the instructor was thorough, but the slides and videos during the in-person portion took longer than I believe that they should've. I may have just been impatient because I've taken the course before and I was only recertifying, so take my review with a grain of salt. Even with that accounted for, I still think that the information in the slides could have been condensed down into a more efficient presentation. The instructor was very polite and I believe that she is competent in the subject matter.

BLS Class

The in-person class was the best part about the course. Keith Lorenz is not only knowledgeable and friendly - he gave us real life examples, experiences of his that made the problem-solving and critical thinking portion of our demonstrations understandable. You can also tell when someone is passionate about their work and their teaching. Keith exemplifies this. I can't say enough about Keith - I have taken many CPR courses over the years, but didn't feel as confident about it as I do now. Thank you.

Excelllent Instructor

I took the BLS instructor course last week and could not be more impressed with the instructor. I have been BLS (or equivalent) certified for at least 12 years and this course put together my previous experience and knowledge and made me very comfortable to teach it in the future.

I feel like I learned something

Melanie was a great instructor, I had for a few months ago for my CPR Instructor class too & in both classes I know I learned something & left the class assured that I could teach CPR AND BLS.
