Excellent Training

As a former ER Med Tech (many years ago), I knew a great deal about working in an Emergency Room, but my knowledge needed refreshing. In the ER, basic first aid, i.e., CPR, bleeding, choking, etc, happens before the patient arrives at the ER, so I needed a refresher course. This course was excellent and filled the need for a refresher.

Great Course!

I thought the course was very thorough and covered everything a lay person would need to know to act appropriately to any emergency situation. I also liked the various techniques used. The videos were excellent & good length with just enough information that you could grasp the concept. Then you could read text emphasizing the key points you just learned on the video.

Excellent Training Experience

Nice training and Red Cross Training Was Outstanding.

Simple, but does the job.

It seemed like pretty basic information, but it was good to have a refresher of water safety.

Easy to navigate

I needed this certification for a school requirement. The online portion was easy to navigate and was perfect to fit my schedule. My only problem with it, is that I didn't not realize you needed an in person skills section to complete the certification. And unfortunately there are none offered in my area anytime soon. I wish that would have been explained when registering for the online class.

A good system. I would like to have been able to retests however.

AED/CPR COURSE

The online course for the proper use of the AED and CPR assessment and techniques was very informative and clearly presented. This cpourse was very helpful and instructive. I feel ready to take the "Hands-On" course coming up in July. Thank you. Jerry Buchanan

Important information!

This CPR/AED course it's very good because it's flexible so I was able to do it online. The content is very useful, complete and well explained. I feel like with this information I definitely would be able to use it in an emergency situation and save a life!

First Aid Essentials

These training sessions are inexpensive, do not require a huge investment of time, and provide training in basic first aid that every adult should want to have at skills in. The training is also a good reminder that we should all have a well-stocked first aid kit in their car and home.

Great Refresher Course

This was an easy online course to follow and a great refresher of CPR, AED and first aid training. The entire course took me only 50 minutes and I was able to pause and return to it as needed. Well worth an hour of your day.
