Taking a Babysitting Class

You can also opt to get certified in First Aid and CPR/AED, and add even more value to your clients.

Great staff & class
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.bobo872 weeks agoI took this class so I can get certified for babysitting and people are more likely to hire me. They didn't particularly watch us that closely for the CPR part and my friend still doesn't know some of the stuff. The staff was nice though, and I do know how to take care of toddlers and infants now.

Great Training!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.dolphin2531 year agoI was looking for a babysitting class that was well rated about a month ago. Lots of people had recommended Red Cross, so I signed up. I got all of the knowledge that I had wanted. I loved that they gave out guidebooks, so I could have a review of all the content later. For you guys who are thinking of signing up; a kid in my class thought that there was CPR training involved, but there wasn't. Evidently there used to be, but there isn't anymore. So just in case you want that, maybe this ... class isn't for you. But in general, this is an awsome course.

Certified Babysitter!
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Aidyleeandme6 years agoI really enjoyed this class, and especially liked that there were only 3 kids in the class when she took it. She learned a lot and can't stop talking about it. A note from her parent: * Offer the class more often and not only on Mother's Day or Memorial Day Weekend * Send a reminder email and send out the class information ahead of time, NOT handed to you at the door when you walk in - There was pertinent information on that form that we should have had before arriving at the class

pretty good class!
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.spearskiii7341 day agoThis class was pretty fun! I would recommend it for ages 11+ because it's kinda hard to take all of the information, but I like the Babysitters Handbook because you can take notes. the teachers were nice but kinda strict.

Recommended
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.babysitterparent3 days agoEverything the day of training was great. Staff were friendly and professional, my child learned a lot, and was sent home with reference materials. Ahead of the class, I wish there had been one communication letting us know what to expect. We thought we should probably pack a lunch, but weren't sure if our child needed anything else, and there was no reminder message or anything that I normally expect when an event is coming up. We tried calling, and it took a great deal of time on the phone to ... get an answer that yes, we should pack a lunch.
