Great experience!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Caroline223 years agoHe did a great job teaching and did a thorough description of the steps. He didn’t rush through the practice and made sure everyone knew what they were doing before moving on. Although, maybe consider using less videos and more hands-on work.

Great Class!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.emiillyyy3 years agoI honestly really enjoyed this class and the instructor. We were shown what to do and got multiple times to practice to make sure we were doing it correctly. I thought I would be intimated because this was something I was kind of nervous about doing, but it was fun! I would definitely take this class here in the future again. One thing though: the class may go on longer than expected. I would suggest not making a tight schedule, allow a half-hour more than expected. Otherwise great!

Great experience
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.DarlinKitty553 years agoI had no clue what to experience. The instructor was professional, gloves, masks and hand sanitizer were provided as well as individual dummies for everyone enrolled. I was only there for the CPR/AED session, so I didn't get to experience the First Aid course, but the experience was great. It kept my attention, the slides and videos were quick and engaging. I really liked the hands-on portion. I will definitely take this course again in 2 years and look forward to it.

Insightful and practical training
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.PhilipR563 years agoI learned a lot from this training. I hope that I am not required to use the training but I feel confident that if the need arises I am much better prepared than I was to help. I discovered that I didn't know the basics for example when to and when not to use CPR. I found the Check Call Care approach logical and I am sure it has saved lives. And the SAMPLE checklist is very helpful. There is a lot to remember from this short course. Our instructor was wonderful - patient and professional.

By far the most memorable training!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Hadrey5 years agoI’ve had to keep up CPR training for several years for work, but this was my first time using Red Cross - and I will never use a different source for training now! The online course was so repetitive, while placing you in many different realistic scenarios - and the interactive course trainer was so personable and made sure all students were worked with individually. This has been the first course that I feel remarkably confident that I can remember every vital step in an emergency scenario!

Instructor and Training Were Great!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.StephRiv3 years agoI didn't know what to expect when I signed up for this course because of how Covid has really changed the way we do almost everything. So I was worried it would be more video instruction and not so much hands on. I actually really ended up loving the video modules followed by the in class instruction. Our instructor was very articulate in explaining the CPR and AED procedure. And, yes, you do get to practice with a "dummy". I think that the instructor made something that can be mundane an ... enjoyable and memorable experience.

Received immediate CPR certificate after class!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Kcatt1 month agoI took the Adult CPR/AED in person class and we did hands on learning of CPR, AED, and choking rescue. Teacher was very nice, patient, and friendly. I like how she spoke loud and clear. My class was about 2 hours long. I received an electronic certificate via email immediately after the class. I really appreciate the immediate certification after class because it helped me finish applying that evening for a job that required CPR certification. Thank you for the great customer service.

Great hands on experience!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Kat642 months agoI was pleasantly surprised by my training experience. I have experienced several CPR trainings but this one by far exceeded all expectations. The instructor, Etienne, was incredible. He was knowledgeable, vibrant, and enthusiastic. He presented the material in a way that made sense and provided practical strategies to help us to retain all that was being taught. I can honestly say that I never had CPR trailing that flew by, but this one did! This instructor would be a great asset in instructing ... other instructors on how to effectively communicate the CPR curriculum! Thank you so much!!!!
