This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Brut1 month agoExcellent class. Very detailed oriented and presented in a format that was easy to follow and kept me wanting to learn more. I liked how the hands-on and on-line classes were split up. It made for a shorter hands-on class since it was mostly review and performing what I learned. The only negative was a student didn't know that she had to complete the on-line prior to the hands-on, so she had to be turned away. I think that when registering for the class through the American Red Cross ... site, it has to be more clear and definitive that the classes are separate and need to be taken in succession.

My husband and I travel the country by motorhome and drive through a lot of countryside where there are miles and miles between small towns (I'm looking at you, Wyoming, for one). Both of us are in our 70s, so I think this course was especially pertinent for us.

The class content and format was good. The problem was after completing the course, I was unable to receive my certificate. I was able to reach out through chat for help and my progress was reinstated and certificate was granted. It took several days for resolution of the technical issue.

Easy to navigate
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Gerilyn3 years agoI needed this certification for a school requirement. The online portion was easy to navigate and was perfect to fit my schedule. My only problem with it, is that I didn't not realize you needed an in person skills section to complete the certification. And unfortunately there are none offered in my area anytime soon. I wish that would have been explained when registering for the online class.

Now, thanks to this easy-to-follow and efficient course, I feel much more confident that I can care for others while also following the proper steps to get professional help. What a relief to have such an effective course available to me online, at low cost, with such an important outcome for my life ... and those of others.
