The online certification was very long and comprehensive. I wish there was a playback feature where i could 1.5x or even 2x the speed. The in-person certification was fine, but I think there needs to be a higher teacher to student ratio. My class had 1 teacher to 12 students, but I think it would greatly help if there was a teaching assistant or something of the like. Good for both Newbies and Healthcare Veterans

I've taken several CPR + BLS courses over my healthcare career and I feel this one is the most comprehensive. It seems to use the most updated info, so even someone like me who's been working in healthcare for a while learned a few new things. Also, they use mannequins for CPR that have indicator lights that light up in real time to show if your compression rhythm is approi, which makes it much easier to know what the appropriate compression rate should feel like. Good Quality but Unnecessarily Long

The course was good quality and the instructor was thorough, but the slides and videos during the in-person portion took longer than I believe that they should've. I may have just been impatient because I've taken the course before and I was only recertifying, so take my review with a grain of salt. Even with that accounted for, I still think that the information in the slides could have been condensed down into a more efficient presentation. I liked it!

I’m a first timer so I have nothing to compare it too. But I did feel well prepared as a first timer because of all the emphasis on and repetition of the important parts. It helped cement it in my brain. I’d say it just needs a little more of the physical practicing. I am a particularly small person and could’ve used more practice pressing down so hard.

Outstanding instructor kind patient clear directions. Very informative. A vast amount of experience in teaching and life skills which made for a very knowledgeable Classroom learning . Great teacher. I recently took a CPR class, and I can’t recommend it enough! The instructor was truly excellent, demonstrating a deep understanding of the material and a knack for making complex information easy to grasp. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, patiently answering all questions and providing clear practice guidelines. It was a really valuable experience..

Completed the bridge program very detailed and fortunately very similar to the American Heart Association and American Health and Safety Institute. I am now excited to start teaching under American Red Cross!

Great class to cover all the basics

Great class to cover the basics. Designed for use in a hospital setting rather that out and about in the real world.

Great Experience

This CPR and First Aid class was an overall great experience. The instructor was very in depth with his knowledge and skills administered amongst the class.
