Great videos and useful information

I found the information very helpful. I especially liked the videos that developed a “critical eye”. It was very helpful to learn good communication techniques when correcting skills.

I was very pleased at the professionalism from the instructor. She gave very helpful feedback and even taught me new techniques that will be helpful in the classes I will teach in the future.

Shawna was great

In today's COVID environment, holding in person training is difficult. Shawna managed to put it together wonderfully and in a way it was easy to follow and understand. She's a great instructor.

Great instructor!

The trainer did a great job of making everyone as comfortable about teaching as possible. She gave practical advice for managing time and facilitating the instruction. She was very knowledgeable about the content and how to teach it to others.

Informative & Helpful Class

Our trainer was amazing. She was so patient and helpful with all of us. I provided 4 stars to Red Cross as you pay $130 for the course and they intentionally don't provide you a print copy of the Instructor's Manual, instead they provide a digital copy that is onyl available for a limited time.

Good practice session!

Given the format (Teams video), this was a good option. Obviously face-to-face hands-on practice and coaching would have been better.

virtual class

I thought that it was so great having the class in a virtual setting. I learned and practices and did everything that I would do in a regular class. It was very accommodating.

Material in these 2 skill boosts is excellent. It's a shame it isn't included in basic instructor upgrade material without having to take extra classes..
