The Lifeguard Management course is designed to prepare aquatic professionals to effectively manage lifeguards and help keep patrons staff and facilities safe. This highly interactive 3.5-hour course is completely online and includes video lessons scenario-based activities and a final exam. There are no prerequisites for this course. The person may or may not have a lifeguarding background and may manage seasonal or year-round operations. Successful participants receive a certificate that is valid for2years.
Combines The Flexibility Of Online With Hands-On Training, Provides Full Certification, Start Taking Your Course Immediately
An abbreviated Lifeguarding course that reviews course content in addition to practice and testing of skills and emergency team response. This class is taught in a blended learning format and the assigned online portion(s) (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) must be completed prior to each instructor-led session. To participate in the recertification course participants must possess a Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid (current certification or certification expired by no more than 30 days). Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid valid for 2 years.
