Great Refresher Course

This was an easy online course to follow and a great refresher of CPR, AED and first aid training. The entire course took me only 50 minutes and I was able to pause and return to it as needed. Well worth an hour of your day.

Nice overview

Very helpful for first aid. Only suggestion would be a detailed, step-by-step checklist on what to do when come upon scene of auto accident—or other accident—while waiting for professional help.

Good Overall

Overall, it was well done. There are many videos and interactive images, and they cover the same topics multiple times to ensure that you learn and retain the information. My only problem was with pre-assessment questions that contain specific terminology, such as asking the order of "Check, Call, Care" or acronyms like FAST. I think that someone who is knowledgeable in first aid could fail these tests due to being unfamiliar with certain mnemonic devices, despite knowing the information. ... read more Click to read full text of review titled "Good Overall". The class content and format was good. The problem was after completing the course, I was unable to receive my certificate. I was able to reach out through chat for help and my progress was reinstated and certificate was granted. It took several days for resolution of the technical issue.

Comprehensive and useful

The material in each module was very comprehensive and useful. The pre knowledge quiz were beneficial. I thought having videos, illustrations and wording to help in the learning retainment of the material was very helpful.

This is an important information, every parent needs about a security in the wáter for kids and adults. I love red cross this is my secund certification with them.

Great Training!

Needed more credits for my license renewal and tried this for the first time- I'm so glad I did! This was so much more informative than the last course I took and I will definitely keep using this from now on.

Really helpful recommend to anyone out there who is training for tattooing it breaks it down and helps you understand how to be clean and how to stay safe.
