Great staff & class
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.bobo873 weeks agoI took this class so I can get certified for babysitting and people are more likely to hire me. They didn't particularly watch us that closely for the CPR part and my friend still doesn't know some of the stuff. The staff was nice though, and I do know how to take care of toddlers and infants now.

Recommended
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.babysitterparent2 weeks agoEverything the day of training was great. Staff were friendly and professional, my child learned a lot, and was sent home with reference materials. Ahead of the class, I wish there had been one communication letting us know what to expect. We thought we should probably pack a lunch, but weren't sure if our child needed anything else, and there was no reminder message or anything that I normally expect when an event is coming up. We tried calling, and it took a great deal of time on the phone to ... get an answer that yes, we should pack a lunch.

Good Expierence
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.anna236 years agoI overall enjoyed my experience. I felt that the course was very informational and I felt much more confident about my possible upcoming babysitting jobs after taking the training course. My only complaint would be that the course was very lengthy and became boring at some times. I was expecting more hands on work. I also expected to learn CPR and that was not included. Expecting CPR training might have been a misread of mine but I was still surprised. I think the taking some of the common sense ... basic training out of the course would have been very beneficial towards me at least. In the end I was happy that I took the course.

Certified Babysitter!
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Aidyleeandme6 years agoI really enjoyed this class, and especially liked that there were only 3 kids in the class when she took it. She learned a lot and can't stop talking about it. A note from her parent: * Offer the class more often and not only on Mother's Day or Memorial Day Weekend * Send a reminder email and send out the class information ahead of time, NOT handed to you at the door when you walk in - There was pertinent information on that form that we should have had before arriving at the class

Working with children course
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Anonymous2 months agoI recently completed the Red Cross training focused on working with children and found it to be highly valuable. The course provided clear, practical guidance on child safety, basic first aid, and age-appropriate emergency responses. It emphasized not only physical care but also the emotional well-being of children in crisis situations. The materials were well-organized and easy to follow, with real-life scenarios and interactive elements that made learning more engaging. The instructors were ... knowledgeable and supportive, always open to questions and providing useful insights based on experience. I would highly recommend this course to anyone planning to work with or care for children, whether in a professional or volunteer setting. It offers essential skills and confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations involving children.
