The online Basic Life Support instructor bridge is designed to allow instructors currently certified with approved, equivalent training organizations to become certified as American Red Cross Basic Life Support instructors.Candidates must meet course prerequisites and upload qualifying credential to complete the training and earn American Red Cross instructor certification.Those who have enrolled in this online bridge course on or after May 13, 2021 will not be required to complete an Instructor Update in order to teach newBasic Life Support Focused Updates and Guidelines 2020 content releasing in June 2021.
