Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not user friendly I am required to take this course for my job. The course was very hard to get started. The curriculum had some vagueness and once I would answer a multiple choice and try to change it immediately, it would not allow for the change. Once I was able to finish all of the requirements, I didn't receive the certification so I could print it. I had to call and the representative couldn't explain why. He got a supervisor involved and they said it was because I didn't put in my ID#.... I didn't receive one because my certificate had not been entered and issued. My completion date showed that it was the day I called and talked to the supervisor. I sure hope they figure it out before I have retake this in two or three years!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from ARC Small Craft Safety-Canoeing and Kayaking onlin As a Girl Scout leader, I find this course to be extremely valuable. This is the 3rd time I've taken the course but the first time I've used the online portion. I really felt the course content and videos were helpful. In fact, I'd like to have my scouts (now high schoolers) take the class before our next canoe trip!
