How do I access my eBook?

For students:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email from the American Red Cross and a separate email with your access code and reader link to claim your eBook.
  • Using the link provided in the email, you can enter your access code and then continue to log in and set up your American Red Cross eReader account online. From there, you can navigate to your bookshelf and start reading.
  • After your account setup, you can also choose to read via your web browser, or you can read through the Red Cross eBook App on IOS or Google Play.

Can I print my eBook?

Unfortunately, you cannot print your eBook, but you can choose to view by browser or through the Red Cross eBooks app offered on IOS or Google Play. Offline reading options are also offered when you download a full title and save to your library.

Will the eBooks expire?

Some eBook titles may eventually be discontinued when newer training materials are available. eBook title availability will be for the life of the edition.
