This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Tini Bomb1 year agoMy husband was diagnosed with 3 blockages and needs a mitral valve replacement. We have just under three weeks to wait for the date of surgery so I decided I needed to learn CPR! DUH!!! I Googled where to learn CPR and The Red Cross site populated. I signed up for the course which is very affordable. The 90 minutes goes by quickly and I liked how you could start and stop where you were. I also reversed to hear the information again. Everything about this class was very helpful. I’m very ... relieved to have had the proper training I highly recommend taking this course.

Well-designed Course Lifesaving Information
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.NorahJ2 years agoBecause I am around older adults and young children on a regular basis, I realized that I was without the tools to help in the case of an emergency, especially heart attack, choking, or drowning. Now, thanks to this easy-to-follow and efficient course, I feel much more confident that I can care for others while also following the proper steps to get professional help. What a relief to have such an effective course available to me online, at low cost, with such an important outcome for my life ... and those of others.

This class was so informative and helped me understand ways I can help out in a challenging situation. After taking this class, I am not an expert but I am not in the dark about what to do until help arrives. I need to review it again, as to be expected, and would like supplemental materials to reinforce the class.

Easy to navigate
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Gerilyn3 years agoI needed this certification for a school requirement. The online portion was easy to navigate and was perfect to fit my schedule. My only problem with it, is that I didn't not realize you needed an in person skills section to complete the certification. And unfortunately there are none offered in my area anytime soon. I wish that would have been explained when registering for the online class.

Very easy to follow along.
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.NESchuhrke3 weeks agoEasy to follow and well done. I feel more confident in using an AED as well as in basic first aid. My husband and I travel the country by motorhome and drive through a lot of countryside where there are miles and miles between small towns (I'm looking at you, Wyoming, for one). Both of us are in our 70s, so I think this course was especially pertinent for us.

There are many videos and interactive images, and they cover the same topics multiple times to ensure that you learn and retain the information. My only problem was with pre-assessment questions that contain specific terminology, such as asking the order of "Check, Call, Care" or acronyms like FAST. I think that someone who is knowledgeable in first aid could fail these tests due to being unfamiliar with certain mnemonic devices, despite knowing the information. ... Knowing the symptoms of a device like FAST is more important than learning the acronym itself, i think the questions should revolve around the information, not the learning shortcuts
