Easy to navigate

I needed this certification for a school requirement. The online portion was easy to navigate and was perfect to fit my schedule. My only problem with it, is that I didn't not realize you needed an in person skills section to complete the certification. And unfortunately there are none offered in my area anytime soon. I wish that would have been explained when registering for the online class.

The class content and format was good. The problem was after completing the course, I was unable to receive my certificate. I was able to reach out through chat for help and my progress was reinstated and certificate was granted. It took several days for resolution of the technical issue.

Nice overview

Very helpful for first aid. Only suggestion would be a detailed, step-by-step checklist on what to do when come upon scene of auto accident—or other accident—while waiting for professional help.

Great Refresher Course

This was an easy online course to follow and a great refresher of CPR, AED and first aid training. The entire course took me only 50 minutes and I was able to pause and return to it as needed. Well worth an hour of your day.

Very easy to follow along.

Easy to follow and well done. I feel more confident in using an AED as well as in basic first aid. My husband and I travel the country by motorhome and drive through a lot of countryside where there are miles and miles between small towns (I'm looking at you, Wyoming, for one). Both of us are in our 70s, so I think this course was especially pertinent for us.

Clear, Concise, and Well-Explained

Great for my animal care business

I need this for my cat sitting business. Great cert to have. It also helps because I have two cats and two dogs. Makes me feel better in case there is an emergency.
