The class content and format was good. The problem was after completing the course, I was unable to receive my certificate. I was able to reach out through chat for help and my progress was reinstated and certificate was granted. It took several days for resolution of the technical issue.

Easy to navigate
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Gerilyn3 years agoI needed this certification for a school requirement. The online portion was easy to navigate and was perfect to fit my schedule. My only problem with it, is that I didn't not realize you needed an in person skills section to complete the certification. And unfortunately there are none offered in my area anytime soon. I wish that would have been explained when registering for the online class.

Great presentation, bad directions
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Anonymous5 days agoThe (only) bad thing first: the website gave the wrong, out-of-date street address for where the On X Dyrnamics live session was to be held (on Onondaga Hill, Syracuse, NY). I think the web site said 4830 Velasko Road. The actual location was across the road, at the Onondaga Hill Fire Department' (present location), 4831 Velasko Road. :Lots of wandering around could have nbeen avoided by giving the correct address and naming the OHFD. The presentation itself was excellent. The presenert was very ... well-informed, very articulate, very clear, didn't waste any time.

There are many videos and interactive images, and they cover the same topics multiple times to ensure that you learn and retain the information. My only problem was with pre-assessment questions that contain specific terminology, such as asking the order of "Check, Call, Care" or acronyms like FAST. I think that someone who is knowledgeable in first aid could fail these tests due to being unfamiliar with certain mnemonic devices, despite knowing the information. ... Knowing the symptoms of a device like FAST is more important than learning the acronym itself, i think the questions should revolve around the information, not the learning shortcuts

This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Jack131 year agoI signed up for this Class because I have been a Professional Dog Trainer for 40 years, and even though I never experienced a true emergency with any dog while training, I always wanted to be ready for any potential concern. This course online gave me the training and tools I needed to be ready for any potential medical problem. Likewise, my wife does Dog Sitting, and we do get puppies, as well as older dogs, that again, may have some health concerns. This course will help us stabilize the dog ... while we take it to the Veterinarian's office, if needed.

Now, thanks to this easy-to-follow and efficient course, I feel much more confident that I can care for others while also following the proper steps to get professional help. What a relief to have such an effective course available to me online, at low cost, with such an important outcome for my life ... and those of others.
