When it comes to CPR, it's important to know how to treat both kids and adults. That's why, unless you sign up for a class that focuses on one population, our CPR trainings cover the procedures/steps for caring for adults, as well as children. Although we will prepare you to deliver care when it's needed most, the truth is, if you don't use your skills regularly, you're likely to lose them. So, to help prevent or mitigate loss of skills we offer online refresher materials that can help you retain the knowledge you've gained. In addition, we also provide you with access to a printable list of the basic steps for performing CPR. This way, you can keep the information you need right at your fingertips.

I recently completed a CPR and First Aid class with this instructor, and I highly recommend him. He is an excellent teacher who knows how to engage the class in a way that is both fun and highly informative. He explained each step of CPR clearly and made sure we understood not just how to perform it, but why each action is important. The hands-on practice and real-life examples helped build my confidence in responding to emergencies. What stood out most was his ability to create an interactive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and participating. I was very happy that I was able to take a 'pre-test' to pass the information I was already very well versed in. I was also pleasantly surprised about a few new details that I had forgotten or were added information that I found helpful! I preferred this online training over the online training I used last year from another company. I plan to use this service again when I need to re-apply.
